VIEWING
Antique Sales - Tuesday prior 10.00am-4.00pm. Wednesday prior 9.30am-7.00pm and Sale Day from 9.00am
Wednesday Sales - Sale Day from 9.30am
Thursday Sales - Wednesday prior 9.30am-5.00pm and Sale Day from 9.00am.
General Information
Entries for all sales are Mondays and Fridays 9.30am-1.00pm and 2.00pm-5.00pm. Entries for Antique Sales at least 10 days prior to sale-date in time for cataloguing.
Transport arranged for both single items and house clearances at the cost of around £25 per hour.
Transport prices are quoted are only a guideline and must not be taken as the price that will be charged.
Commission: Antique Sales £1-£499 - 15%. Over £500 - 10% subject to VAT. General Sales 15% subject to VAT. Minimum commission £1.00 per lot sold for £5.00 or under.
Not Sold Lots - If any lots fail to sell a fee of £1 plus VAT will be charged
NOTE All electrical items will be tested at a fee of £1 plus VAT
A buyers commission of 10% + VAT is charged on Antique & Collectors sales and 15% + VAT on the household sales in addition to the hammer price.
Valuations
Free valuations and sales advice on goods to be entered in our Sales carried out at our Northgate Auction Rooms or in your home by appointment. Written valuations for sale, probate, insurance and family division in your home by appointment, fees agreed in advance.
